Boilermaker Superintendent
We are in active search for a qualified and knowledgeable individual to join our Boiler Division teams in the role of Boilermaker Site Superintendent.
This role will also require the Superintendent to travel to the head office in St. Catharines a minimum once a week when not on a project.
Site Superintendents oversee and direct construction activities that take place on the worksite. They are ultimately responsible for site safety, quality control, schedule maintenance, and cost control. They are heavily involved in planning and organizing site logistics. Site Superintendents should be detail-oriented problem solvers with the ability to meet deadlines and work with various personality types. Strong oral and written communication skills are key. Site Superintendents are organized and have strong record- keeping and documentation of all site activities.
