TIW delivers engineering, supply and field erection on large pressure vessels for turnaround maintenance events in oil refineries along with the Oil Sands, Pulp & Paper, Wastewater & Biological Treatment, and other industries.

With over a century of of experience in the tank building and boiler repair industry, we’ve developed stringent quality control processes and procedures, completed fabrication in-house, and worked with trade unions across the country to hire certified tradespeople who construct vessels diligently and safely in the field.

Scope of Vessel Work

Experienced in working with a wide range of materials such as stainless steels, duplex stainless, carbon steel and nickel alloys, we typically fabricate large pressure vessels 25 feet in diameter that require field erecting by, shipping to site by truck, rail or barge in a knocked down condition.

TIW follows the requirements of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC)  and maintains our ASME “U”, and National Board “R” stamps in accordance with ASME VIII Division 1 & 2 and National board requirements. We custom fabricate each ASME pressure vessel to our client’s design specifications, industry standards and code requirements
